About this Journal


The Bulletin of Health Policy & Law is a multidisciplinary, open access, peer-reviewed, online journal which focuses on domestic and global public health policy. The mission of the journal is to provide an independent, objective and high-quality journal that provides a platform for discussion on important domestic and global topics that have a broad array of implications for health delivery, access, equity and patient safety. Specifically this journal has an interest in publishing pieces that analyze health laws, policy, regulation, health governance, policy making, health institutions and initiatives, health financing, emerging technologies, and policy-based incentive structures.
